LIST OF PENDING MATTERS (IPAB) FROM 2007 TILL
JUNE 2016

The year 2016 saw only a handful orders from the Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB) as both the
Chairman and the Technical Member completed their tenure and there was no Bench to take up patent
matters (appeals and revocation actions). A new Bench is yet to be constituted.

According to the details of pending patent matters published by the IPAB, the patent matters pending before
