The Best Team

The Best Team of the 15th Annual Raj Anand Moot Court Competition would be awarded "The Flame of Creativity" and a cash prize of INR 25,000 and a 1 month internship with Anand and Anand for all 3 team members.

The "The Flame of Creativity" is a trophy that was designed and created by the Late Mr. Amar Nath Sehgal as a tribute to the spirit of creativity and the yearning for knowledge.

Mr. Amar Nath Sehgal was a renowned artist, sculptor and poet who was known all over the world for works like Voice of America (Ghana) 1959 and A Cricketer (1961). He was a recipient of the UN Peace Medal and was also the Plaintiff in Amar Nath Sehgal v. Union of India [2005(30)PTC253(Del)], which is a landmark case on Moral Rights of an Author under the Copyright Act, 1957.

"The Flame of Creativity" is a rolling trophy and the College of the Best Team may keep it until the next Annual Raj Anand Moot Court Competition.

The Second Best Team

The Second Best Team of the 15th Annual Raj Anand Moot Court Competition would be awarded a cash prize of INR 15,000.

The Best Speaker

The Best Speaker of the 15th Annual Raj Anand Moot Court Competition would be awarded a cash prize of INR 10,000.

The Best Pleadings

The team that presents the Best Pleadings of the 15th Annual Raj Anand Moot Court Competition would be awarded a cash prize of INR 10,000.
